It is our practice to ensure that you understand the terminology used in contract documentation and agree to fully explain information in simple language. This does not, however, constitute legal advice and we strongly advise you to consult your legal advisor on matters of property law.
Extensive care is taken with the preparation of property appraisals and supporting documentation to ensure contents are correct to the particular property and presented in a clear, and easy to read format.
