Promotions Conditions Apply:
1. Sellers/Property Homeowners must list and successfully market their property with Paul Brinckman Real Estate Sale Agent License Number: 3065825 with RE/MAX Results Real Estate License Number: 2200706 in conjunction with BK Investments (Qld) Pty Ltd License Number: 3065828 between 24th May 2009 and 30th June 2009
2. Sellers listing their property/properties will go into the draw to WIN 1 of 5 Outdoor Heaters valued at $300 each.
3. The seller must enter into an Appointment of Real Estate Agent (sales and purchases) PAMD 22a as an Exclusive agreement for 60 days.
4. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
5. Entry is open to Homeowners and Landlords signing a PAMD 22a between 24th May 2009 and 30th June 2009.
6. To qualify, sellers/vendors/property landlords must exclusively appoint Paul Brinckman Team RE/MAX Results Real Estate list and sell their property. A PAMD 22a must be completed as an Exclusive agreement for 60 days to be entitled to go into the draw to WIN 1 of 5 Outdoor Heaters.
7. Paul Brinckman Team – RE/MAX Results Estate reserves the right to verify the validity of appointments as PAMD 22a. Paul Brinckman RE/MAX Results Real Estate reserves the right to disqualify any seller/vendor/property landlord for tampering with the process or for engaging in a PAMD 22a which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
8. Promotion (WE'RE TURNING UP THE HEAT!) commences at 9am 24th May 2009 and commences at 5pm 30th June 2009.
9. The draw will be conducted on Monday 6th July in the RE/MAX Results Morningside Office – 622 Wynnum Road, Morningside QLD 4170. All winners will be notified by telephone on Monday 6th July before 5pm.
10. The value of each Outdoor Heater is RRP $300.00 each, total prize value $1500.00
11. The promotion is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise stipulated.
12. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the promotion.
13. The promoter collects sellers' personal information in order to conduct the promotion and exclusive listing of the property. By entering the promotion – “WE'RE TURNING UP THE HEAT!”, unless otherwise advised, each seller/vendor also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the sellers. Sellers' personal information may be disclosed and published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. As per the relevant Privacy Legislation, a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to state permit regulation.
