4. Is the price and address on the Internet?

5. Do you have the highest license level (Principal)?

6. Do you have a positioning strategy to generate offers quickly?

7. Have you been selling Real Estate for greater than 8 years?

8. Do you offer a performance guarantee?

9. Do you have a team of atleast 5 working 7 days a week to sell your property?
